Taffney Wilson
Listing Agent and Team Lead
Taffney started Wilson Realty Team in 2008 as an individual agent. She came to real estate with a background of 15 years in elementary education. Taffney believes this background has given her important skills in real estate like patience, negotiating, and attention to detail. Taffney loves real estate because each day is different and she gets to work with the best clients and her family.
Matt Wilson
Listing Agent
Matt joined Taffney in the real estate business in 2009 after working in Oil and Gas sales and New Home Construction. He knows the ins and outs of homes which makes him an incredible asset to the team and clients. He loves real estate because he is able to be his own boss, work with his family, and help clients get into their dream homes.
Taylor Wilson
Listing & Buyer's Agent
Taylor joined the team in 2016 after graduating from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Marketing. While working as a buyer's agent, he has sold homes all over DFW. He enjoys educating people about the home buying process. He started working as a Listing Agent in 2021.
Daniela Wilson

Daniela Wilson joined the Wilson Realty Team in 2023 and has quickly grown into a trusted agent. With a background in marketing and a creative eye, she brings fresh energy and bilingual support as our Spanish-speaking team member. Dani has been hard at work building her own local sphere turning clients into friends every step of the way.
Jana Carmichael

Jana has lived in the Dallas area for more than 30 years so she knows the market well and is a trusted resource for your Real Estate needs. She joined the team in 2020. She understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction; it’s a life-changing experience. Jana’s mission is simple; clients come first. Kailee Wilson Macatee joined the team in 2017 after graduating from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Marketing and Corporate Relations. She now manages the team's marketing, transactions, and client care. She loves her job because it's rewarding and she also gets to work with her family everyday!

Lindsay Lawrence

With 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Lindsay returned to the industry in 2024 with a fresh passion for residential. She officially joined the Wilson Realty Team in June 2025 and hit the ground running! In addition to being a proud mom of four and wife, Lindsay is also active in her church and school community.
